Owner
Bancroft Potter founded Sperry Tents Seacoast with co-owner Zachary Gregg in 2006. Bancroft’s event experience began with Sperry Tents Nantucket in 2001 where he spent six years in sales and operations management. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication has generated consistent growth for Sperry Tents Seacoast. Outside of work, Bancroft enjoys spending time with his wife, Inga, and fishing in Nantucket with his three boys.
Picca McDonough
Director of Sales & Event Consulting
Picca’s contagious enthusiasm and administrative organization has played a fundamental role in Sperry's success since she joined the team in 2008. She holds a degree in hospitality management from the University of New Hampshire and is responsible for sales and customer relations at Sperry. While Picca maintains a busy schedule in the office, she enjoys outdoor activities such as basketball and skiing. Picca has also been known to hop on the forklift when duty calls.
Christopher Martin
Marketing Coordinator
& Operations Management
Chris joined the Sperry Seacoast team in 2007. Graduating with a BS in marketing from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in 2009, Chris has taken on responsibilities in social media marketing and operations management. Living in Portsmouth, NH, Chris enjoys hiking and skiing in Northern NH.
Jesse Edelman
Project Director and Coordinator
With a decade of experience in carpentry, Jesse joined the Sperry team in 2008. Jesse is responsible for designing and building custom event features including but not limited to: staircases, ramps, walkways, and handrails. His immeasurable skill set makes any event possible. Taking Sperry's leveling 'strata' floor under his wing, Jesse has been nicknamed "Captain Strata." He even has a reserved parking spot reserved with this title.
Zachary Gregg
Managing Partner, Co-Owner
Zac is an accomplished entrepreneur with experience in strategic business development, sales and marketing. In addition to Sperry Tents, Zac owns successful businesses in real estate, marketing, and information technology in seacoast NH. He is also the producer of the New Hampshire Film Festival held annually in Portsmouth, NH.
Timothy Lieto
Director of Operations
& Event Consultant
A graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in 2009, Tim has contributed to Sperry’s success since 2007. Tim has taken on responsibilities in sales and operations management. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time waterskiing and fishing on lake Winnipesaukee.
Nathaniel Hamilton
Operations Management
Nate graduated with a BS in management from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in 2009. Joining the Sperry team as operations manager in 2007, Nate has played an integral role in Sperry’s success. Nate currently holds the record for rolling Sperry’s largest tent singlehandedly; not an easy feat.
